Enrollment:

Classes are announced months in advance and we offer small class sizes. To reserve your seat in our trainings, you must submit a non-refundable deposit and all payments must be submitted prior to the first day of class.

Class Schedule:

Most classes are from 9AM-5PM, but class times are subject to change. Punctuality is important, please arrive on time. Class starts at 9AM, if students are more than 20 minutes late to class, he/ she will not be admitted to class. No refunds will be granted for any missed time.
Class end times may vary. Depending on the amount of students and overall lesson, we might finish earlier or later than the stated time. If you are visiting from out of town, we recommend you do not book your flight for the last day of class as we may not be done on time.
Please clear your schedule accordingly.

Class and Training Cancellations and No-Shows:

If you are a no-show, absent, or cancel after registering to a class, you will lose your deposit and/ or payments. No exceptions.
We do not reschedule or allow anyone to make up missed classes for any reason except a POSITIVE COVID-19 test during the start date of your registered class (we will ask for proof).

Cellphones:

Cellphones are not allowed during class. All phones must be put away during procedures are being done on models.

Models:

Students are required to bring their own model(s). If a student is not able to bring their own model to the training, we can help provide a model at an additional cost. All models brought by students must meet requirements to participate as a class model prior to starting the procedure.

Payments and Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We accept card, cash, and Zelle payments. We offer financing through Cherry.
We charge a 3.5% transaction fee for all card and Cherry payments.

Video Recording, Photos, and Social Media:

Your picture and video may be taken. These images and recordings could be posted on our social media handles, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Let us know if you wish to not be recorded or have your picture taken.

COVID-19:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting Lady Brows you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
We will not accept a COVID-19 concern as a valid excuse to cancel an appointment or training.
The only exception we make is if you test POSITIVE for COVID-19 during the time of your class. You must provide us with a verifiable positive test result emailed to [email protected]. After verifying the stated positive results, you will be allowed to reschedule as a one-time courtesy. No exceptions.

Refuse Service:

Lady Brows Studio and Academy and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Visitors, clients, and students must abide by our rules and policies or will be asked to leave.
