APPOINTMENTS

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance.  A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book your appointment, this will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Remaining balance is due at the appointment.

PUNCTUALITY

We strongly encourage our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrivals, of more than 15 minutes, are subject to being cancelled. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULE

As a courtesy to our staff please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling/cancelling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non-refundable or transferable, if you arrive late to your appointment or if you reschedule with in less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and will be required to place another deposit for a new appointment.

There are no exceptions to these policies.

PRICING

Prices and services are subject to change. Please have in mind that TOUCH UP prices vary depending on the time of your last/initial appointment.

REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable. ​Services received cannot be refunded, a successful treatment result depends on: skin quality, post treatment care, exposure to various external influences.
*None of these factors are under the artist’s control, thus providing any guarantee for the treatment in not possible.

CONSULTATIONS

We provide free consultations.  We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include: education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options and techniques available to you. Answer any questions that you may have.

CHILD POLICY

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children who visit LADY BROWS during their parents’ appointments, or children who are unattended in the waiting area, can pose a health and safety risk due to the nature of our business. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all time.
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child. We hope you will aid us in keeping LADY BROWS a safe environment. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions about this policy.

PETS POLICY

Only Working Service Dogs Permitted.
For the health and safety of our clients, LADY BROWS has a NO-PETS POLICY.
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.

This No-Pets policy applies to:

  • Pets
  • Emotional Support Animals
  • Comfort Animals
  • Therapy Animals

We do allow working service dogs to accompany our patients. Service animals are individually trained to perform work or tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are required to be leashed or harnessed except when performing work or tasks where such tethering would interfere with the dog’s ability to perform the work or tasks.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Under ADA regulations that became effective on March 15, 2011, there are no protections for emotional support animals in terms of access to public accommodations and public entities. The Department of Justice has stated that emotional support animals are not protected as service animals under these regulations. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our offices. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

FILM AND PHOTO POLICY

Clients, or guests are prohibited to film, record, or take photos of the artist in a treatment room or anywhere on LADY BROWS property without permission.

ETIQUETTE

To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you silencing your cell phone and lowering your voice in the service area.

GRATUITIES

Although this is optional, if you are happy with the service provided, we accept gratuity.

REFUSE SERVICIES

Lady Brows and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

COVID-19 POLICY

During these unpredictable times at Lady Brows Studio and Academy we are doing our part to keep the studio safe for all who enter. We ask you to be aware and comply with the following:

  • You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that must be completed prior to your service/class.
  • Masks must be worn at all times, unless otherwise directed.
  • Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and you will be completing a contactless wavier form.
  • Please only bring in what is absolutely necessary.
  • NO GUESTS ALLOWED for any reason.

If Lady Brows Studio and Academy must close due to mandatory regulations and needs post postpone your treatment or our training classes alternative date/time will be provided by our staff. Appointments will be rescheduled in their original order.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to COVID-19, to avoid any additional cancellation fees, you must provide us with a verifiable positive test result emailed to info@ladybrowsmia.com
