To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. A non refundable deposit of $50 is needed to book your appointment. For reserving appointments we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULE
As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
There are no exceptions to these policies.

For LADY BROWS courses, payments are non-refundable.
Services received cannot be refunded, a successful treatment result depends on: skin quality, post treatment care, exposure to various external influences.
*None of these factors are under the artist’s control, thus providing any guarantee for the treatment in not possible.
We provide free consultations. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include: education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options and techniques available to you.
If you refer a friend or family member to LADY BROWS you will receive a $60 credit toward your next appointment. All referral credits will be issued to you once the client has booked.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children who visit LADY BROWS during their parents’ appointments, or children who are unattended in the waiting area, can pose a health and safety risk due to the nature of our business. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all time.
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child. We hope you will aid us in keeping LADY BROWS a safe environment. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions about this policy.
Only Working Service Dogs Permitted
For the health and safety of our clients, LADY BROWS has a No-Pets policy.
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.
This No-Pets policy applies to:
- Emotional Support Animals
- Comfort Animals
- Therapy Animals
We do allow working service dogs to accompany our patients. Service animals are individually trained to perform work or tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are required to be leashed or harnessed except when performing work or tasks where such tethering would interfere with the dog’s ability to perform the work or tasks.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Under ADA regulations that became effective on March 15, 2011, there are no protections for emotional support animals in terms of access to public accommodations and public entities. The Department of Justice has stated that emotional support animals are not protected as service animals under these regulations.
Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our offices. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Clients, or a friend of a client, are prohibited to film, record, or take photos of the artist in a treatment room or anywhere on LADY BROWS property. If you would like to film please seek written approval from LADY BROWS’s at firstname.lastname@example.org
To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you silencing your cell phone and lowering your voice in the service area.
If you are happy with the service provided, we accept gratuity in cash or credit card.
Lady Brows and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
